Gibert Family

Well, this family has a special place in my heart. Aside from being a photographer, I also have had the honor of babysitting baby Joel since he was 3 months old. We get to hang out during the day and watch "Buzz" (Toy Story), his favorite movie at my house. So, this evening we headed up to my folks house to take a few pictures. I love the ones of Joel and daddy playing in the leaves. Thanks you guys for letting me take your pictures, I had fun!

Election Blues

Sorry I haven't written in a while, I've been taking a little breather. Thought I'd just do a little post here, the day after the election, to say how bummed I am. After our trip to Washington DC, and seeing what courageous and Godly men founded this nation, I am so sad to see where we have headed. So, with a heavy heart, all I can do is pray, God help us!
Anyways, on a lighter note, I saw this cartoon on a forum that i read and thought it was funny. Hope you all have a great day!!!!!!!

Washington DC

Last week my husband and I went on a trip with our church, Joshua Springs Calvary Chapel, to Washington DC. It was absolutely amazing!!!!! We toured the White house, George Washington's home, lots of monuments, Arlington National Cemetery, and The Capitol. Which by the way, we got to sit in on the Senate vote and see McCain, Obama, Hillary and the rest of the gang vote yes on the Bail Out Bill. I felt like a fly on the wall, it was awesome! I am so blessed to be able to have taken photos to always remember such a wonderful trip. To those of you who were there, I enjoyed getting to know all of you better, thanks for making the week so fun. Click HERE for the slideshow.
